Equipment Request

Administration & Finance Technology Services has a limited number of laptop computers available for Administration and Finance division staff to check out for on campus and off campus presentations, business travel or other special needs of staff. In addition, we have projectors and a screen available on loan.

Please use the form below to submit a request for use of equipment. Equipment will be checked out on a reservation first come, first serve basis. For best results 24 hour notice is recommended. Once a request is made, you will be contacted if we have questions, and notified if equipment is available.

Pick-up Times:
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 12:00 pm
1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
