Welcome to online help for Budgeting


The Budget Tool is a custom, web-based application used to submit budgets to the General Ledger and complete Budget Adjustments. You will use this tool to create your annual fiscal budget during the annual University budget cycle and to transfer funds from one budget line to another.


During the university’s budget development, the Budget Office
will disperse batches of Self-Support Fund Worksheets to
division administrators for completion. Division administrators
will divide the batches and disperse to units (colleges and
departments) who may also create sub-batches.


To access Budget Adjustments, Salary Increases and Budget Self-Support Funds, login to My UNIverse. This will take you to your portal where theWork@UNI tab is located. Within theWork@UNI tab there are links to Budget Adjustments and Budget Self-Support Funds in Custom UNI Applications.
