Iowa River Revival's annual conference focuses on Cedar Valley

UNI's Panther Pick Up to give new life to old stuff April 29-30 and May 5-7
CEDAR FALLS, Iowa -- The University of Northern Iowa will hold its second-annual Panther Pick Up, a project to help the environment while benefiting the community, on Thursday and Friday, April 29 and 30, and Wednesday through Friday, May 5-7. UNI receives IAWIND funding for solar-wind hybrid power station
CEDAR FALLS, Iowa -- In order to help reduce carbon emissions, educate students, faculty and the university community and to provide a renewable energy teaching and research facility, the University of Northern Iowa will build a 12-kilowatt solar-wind hybrid power station.

Green Iowa AmeriCorps at CEEE leads weatherization blitz
On the MLK Day of Service Jan. 18 (M), Green Iowa Americorps workers through the UNI Center for Energy and Environmental Education will train and lead volunteers in weatherizing homes in Cedar Falls.
