• If interested in enrolling in the course please check the box on the registration form for the Beginning Reading Conference (www.vpaf.uni.edu/events/brc) and you will receive credit registration information from Continuing Education Credit Programs.

Requirements:

One hour of UNI graduate credit can be earned by:

•  Attending the Beginning Reading Conference on April 11 th (attending at least 3 presentations) and writing a 3-page reflection paper, consisting of a summary of the conference.

•  Design 4 literacy-based lessons to be integrated into your curriculum.

•  Read a professional journal article from 2004 to 2008 and summarize how to incorporate it into your curriculum.
