UNI's Price Laboratory School welcomes you to the 40th Annual Beginning Reading Conference. This year, we are proud to host storyteller and artist Rosemary Wells.

To fulfill professional development goals, all presenters have linked the Iowa Teaching Standards to their presentations. Visit the Iowa Teaching Standards link to view the standards/presentations for this year's conference. The National Standards for Literacy are also integrated into all presentations.

New This Year!

This year we're offering an opportunity to share Rosemary Wells over Polycom Video Conferencing in designated sites across Iowa. Participants can interact and communicate with Rosemary by using interactive video conferencing.
