This session will look at racial disparities, population increases and declines and other criminal justice issues by the numbers.

Alabama Representative Laura Hall (D-AL-19) will moderate a panel discussion with Iowa Representatives Chip Baltimore (R-IA-47) and Mary Wolfe (D-IA-98) and Former Iowa Representative Wayne Ford

This session will review legislative proposals that were passed into law, others that have not yet been successful and ones that are needed.

Tim Head, Faith & Freedom Coalition will moderate remarks and an interactive dialogue with panelists Jesse Wiese, Justice Fellowship, and Shaka Senghor, #Cut50.

This session will explore life behind bars and the challenges one must overcome in order to have a successful re-entry into society.

Bernie Kerik, Founder of the American Coalition for Criminal Justice Reform will provide insights on criminal justice and prison reform, drawing from his law enforcement background and subsequent incarceration.

Review of Next Steps and Call to Action items. Jenna Moll, U.S. Justice Action Network, and Craig DeRoche, Justice Fellowship, will wrap up the Summit, draw from the luncheon roundtable discussions and facilitate the development of our Call to Action.
