There are two existing chillers that serve the wellness recreation center. Originally these chillers fed two separate areas and ran independent of each other. This project joined them together into a primary loop that fed a secondary loop to the building. This way when there is a small need for chilled water, only one has to run for the building, instead of both. The estimated annual savings for this project is $17,500 (FY11 rates).
