Moving Guide
The
purpose of this moving guide is to:

Ensure
that university moves/relocations are in compliance with the
University's Space Assignment Principles & Procedures dated
November 1997.

Inform
all of the relevant departments on campus of a change to ensure
that the appropriate approvals are received.

Inform
various departments of this approval so that services can be
provided to users.
The department
requesting a move or relocation is required to fill out the attached
form and forward this to the appropriate division head for approval
and signature. This form then needs to be sent to Facilities Services
where they will verify that the move is in compliance with the approved
University procedures, verify the room numbers listed are correct,
and forward this on for scheduling Transportation Services. Facilities
Services will determine when the physical move will take place.
Once the move is scheduled, the requesting department must coordinate
with ITS, Key Shop, Human Resource Services, and Mail Center for
relevant services.
Below is a list of departments that are affected by moves and their
responsibilities. Please note that there may be charges for some
services associated with your move.
