• Service Request is the starting point for all projects, including those that are eventually selected for the Prioritized Projects List

Standard Office Furniture

• Departments purchase by submitting a requisition to the Purchasing office.  Vendors, model numbers, prices etc. for standard office furniture can be viewed here.

What Happens after Your Request Form is Received?

View Requests - Requests Status Report

Requests Status Reports provide information on the Requests submitted.The history and details of the Request can be obtained by clicking on the ID link within the report.  Request information (status, comments, departmental contact and funding source) is updated as necessary by Facilities Services.
