General Fund Responsibilities

Funded Responsibilities Explanation:

Questions frequently arise on campus regarding the responsibility for the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment. To assist the campus community in understanding the policy for a complex institution such as UNI, a discussion of the policy is useful.

Through historic practice and specific assignments, Facilities Services has been assigned (and funded to perform) maintenance work outside of the general guidelines (work that would otherwise be excluded).
