Building Operations & Maintenance
The Operation and Maintenance operates and maintains buildings, mechanical and electrical systems, utility distribution systems, swimming pools, and performs related services. A wide variety of skills in air conditioning, heating, carpentry, electricity and electronics, glazing, masonry, metalworking, painting, plumbing, roofing, and ventilation are available for departmental facilities and projects.
Building operations and maintenance maintains the preventive maintenance system, estimates the work to be performed by physical plant shops, and communicates with campus users on the status of their service request.
