Service Request     

As of 7/1/11 please begin using FAMIS to complete requests.

Login to FAMIS:

Login to MyUNIverse with CatID username and password > click on Work@UNI tab > Click on the FAMIS link the the section called My Administrative Access

FAMIS will be used by:

1. Campus Community for:

   • submitting Service Requests

   • ordering from Campus Supply

2. Facilities Services Staff for:

   • assigning work

   • recording time worked

   • recording and tracking

   • building maintenance

   • projects

   • renovations

   • grounds requests

   • transportation and deliver requests
