A
limited number of tables (50) and chairs (500)are available
for departments to use at no charge on a first come/first
serve basis. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.
Occasionally, a major university event is scheduled the same
date of your tables and chairs reservation. This seldom happens,
but if it should, major university events and programming
take priority over departmental requests. If this situation
occurs, we will assist departments in making alternate arrangements
with outside vendors, but not fund the cost of the rental.

by email to PHPWorkOrders@uni.edu and provide:
- date
needed
- where
to deliver
- where
to pick-up
- university
account number in case of damage
- contact person
Facilities
Services will contact departments to confirm reservations.
Departments are responsible for the tables and chairs while
they are in their possession and obligated for any damage;
if a table or chair is damaged and needs to be replaced, the
replacement cost will be charged to the account number provided.
There
is no delivery charge when delivery and return occur during
normal university business hours. |
