Center
The Facilities Coordination
Center is responsible for receiving and distributing all work requests.
Phone request (calls to 273-4400) and web site requests are filtered
through this workgroup and processed to the appropriate group within
Facilities Services for response.
The main
function of this center is to:
- handle projects less than $25,000
- coordinate requests
- maintain the preventive maintenance system
- maintain a master schedule for work on campus
- estimate work to be performed by Facilities
Services shops
- and most importantly, communicate with campus
users on the status of their service request
