University of Northern Iowa Parking Deck Facility A two-level parking deck and transit facility will be constructed just east of Campbell Hall during 2008-09. The deck replaces the Commons parking lot and four university-owned houses. House movers relocated two sorority houses to university-owned lots one block north.
