Bon Appétit the Blue Zones™ Way!

All faculty and staff are invited to join UNI employee wellness for a series of Blue Zones™ inspired cooking demonstrations in the CME, Maucker Union. Each session will teach you how to introduce healthier options to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food samples will be provided. Attend one or all three sessions!
