Merit AFSCME

Merit System contract personnel consist of Blue Collar, Clerical,
Security, and Technical employees. Merit contract employees are
represented by the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) and function under provisions of Chapter 20 of the
code of Iowa.
