Merit Supervisory and Confidential
Supervisory (clerical and nonclerical), and Confidential (clerical) personnel consist of Merit System noncontract employees. Merit system noncontract employees are represented by the Supervisory and Confidential Council (S&C Council) at the University level and by the Regents Interinstitutional Supervisory and Confidential Advisory Council (RISCAC) at the Board of Regents level.
