The University of Northern Iowa Supervisory and Confidential
Merit Personnel (UNI-SCMP) is the Group of non bargaining-unit
Merit staff. They are represented by an executive board comprised
of five elected representatives (highlighted in yellow below)
and one ex-officio member, the Director of Human Resource
Services or a designee. For additional information,
the entire UNI-SCMP Constitution is available on the Web.
