The University of Northern Iowa Supervisory & Confidential Council is the group of non bargaining-unit Merit staff. They are represented by an executive board comprised of elected representatives and one ex-officio member, the Director of Human Resource Services or a designee. For additional information, the entire constitution is available on the Web. Meeting notices, agendas and minutes are e-mailed monthly to all members.
