Therese Callaghan - Employee Disability & Leave Coordinator

Therese Callaghan is the Employee Disability and Leave Coordinator.  She has been in this position since November 2008.  She is responsible for assisting Faculty and Staff with workplace accommodations, as well as being an advocate and specialist on disability on campus.  She also is responsible for coordinating leaves and maintaining compliance under the ADA, FMLA, and Workers Compensation.  She graduated from UNI with a BA in Psychology in May 2003.  Prior to her current role she worked in Human Resources for five years, in both the private and public sectors.
