Lori Hoffmann - Training & Development Coordinator

Lori graduated from UNI with a BA degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. In addition to seven years of working in education at the community college level, she also has seven years of human resource experience in the private sector. Lori began employment as UNI’s Training & Development Coordinator in November 2007. Her duties include managing the development, scheduling, and delivery of human resource functional training, along with managing career development programs. In addition, Lori administers the Staff Training Grant tuition assistance program and the University’s employee recognition programs.
