Bobbi Petersma - Benefits Specialist

Bobbi is the Benefits Specialist and has been with Human Resources since September of 2008.  She is responsible for employee Health, Dental, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability and Retirement benefits.  Bobbi graduated from UNI with a degree in Organizational Communication.  Prior to graduation, she completed her student internship in the Human Resources Department at UNI.  Bobbi has three years of previous HR experience at Community Health Care, where she focused on benefits, employee relations, and recruiting.  She received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in June of 2007.
