Justin Ruegg - P&S Employment and Immigration Coordinator

Justin Ruegg is the P&S Employment and Immigration Coordinator and has been with the Human Resources department at UNI since September of 2008.  His responsibilities include the recruitment and coordination of employment for P&S Staff, facilitation of immigration processes for faculty and staff, and consultation for general employment matters.

Justin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse.  Prior to coming to UNI, he spent 3 years with Manpower in Rochester, MN recruiting employees for multiple firms.  More recently, he spent 2 years as a Human Resources Representative for a Rockwell Automation facility in Sumner, IA.
