Employee Recognition Services

Recognition of employees years of service and accomplishments are part of the University of Northern Iowa’s history and culture. There are multiple programs available that serve as opportunities to recognize these deeds. Although there is a day set aside annually to show employee appreciation, it should be added to a supervisor’s daily activities.

Recognizing an employee’s contribution in the workplace is very important to the University of Northern Iowa. To support this and the outstanding accomplishments and achievements, the following programs are supported:
