Take flight with UNI’s comprehensive training series for managers This 10-week dynamic and interactive series is designed to redefine, refresh, and re-energize your existing managerial competencies. Learn to “Soar!” as you fly to destinations rich in leadership, diversity, motivation, and teambuilding.
Training sessions have been designed to meet the unique learning needs of all who enroll.
Your flight instructor will navigate you through interactive exercises, engage you in simulations, propel you with effective managerial instruments, and get you ready for your solo flights.
Earn your pilot’s license and certificate upon completion of this semester-based course. Open to all UNI managers and
supervisors.
