WebFocus Reports

Range Reporting Enabled
|
Financial reports may now be viewed by account,
by fund, or by range. The reports default to the current month.

Cell Detail Entry
|
Detail expense items with same date and account
code combination now display separately. |

Accounts Available for Viewing
|
Each employee that runs this reference report will view all their accounts.
|
|
Statement of Account Financial Summary
|
Add Revenue over/under expense to Financial
Summary by Account for Non-General Fund accounts. |

Password Reuse
|
Currently, the MEMFIS application requires
users to change their password every 90 days. For security
and auditing reasons, users cannot repeat a previous password
for 365 days.

To purchase equipment, an Expense Object Code
should now be used instead of an Asset Object Code.
Example: 71250 should be used instead of 04025.
