Welcome to online help for Budgeting

The Budget Tool is a custom, web-based application used to submit budgets to the General Ledger and complete Budget Adjustments. You will use this tool to create your annual fiscal budget during the annual University budget cycle and to transfer funds from one budget line to another.

To access Salary Increases and Budget Adjustments, login to My UNIverse. This will take you to your portal where the MEMFIS channel is located. Within the MEMFIS channel there are links to Salary Increases and Budget Adjustments.
