1 0042 Criminal Mischief: Report of a rock being thrown through a window in Campbell Hall. Reporting party stated three males involved in the incident. Report initiated: 05-287.
  0156 Liquor Law Violations: Report of three individuals who appeared intoxicated in the area of Dancer Hall. Contact with three males subjects. Referrals to alcohol program initiated.
  1148 Assist Agency: Report of an accident at the intersection of 31st Street and Hudson Road. Assisted with incident until CF Police arrived. Handled, no report.
2 0127 Liquor law violation: Officers observed subject in the Bender Hall area with open container. Subject fled and was caught on the North side of Bender Hall. Brandon Simpson, age 18, cited for underage possession and public intoxication. Case initiated 05-288.
  0213 Liquor Law Violation: Subject observed in the bus stop at Seerley and College Streets. Subject was identified as Jason C. Koenigfeld, age 23, was cited for public intoxication. Transported to Black Hawk County Jail. Case initiated 05-289.
  1724 Theft: Charles Robert reported his bicycle stolen from Bender Hall. Report initiated. 05-290.
3 1138 Medical Assist: Female student transported by ambulance to Sartori after collapsing in the Library. Assistance rendered.
  1551 Theft: Student reported a theft of a bicycle from the Price Lab School bike rack. Report initiated 05-291.
4 0932 Assistance Requested: Received a report of a gas smell in McCollumn Science Hall on the first floor. CF Utilities and CF Fire responded to assist in determining possible gas leak. Area checked and nothing found. No further action required.
5 0223 Drug Law Violation: Vehicle stopped at West 23rd and College Street. Driver of the vehicle, Wade S. Deitloff, Age 20, was arrested and charged with possession a of marijuana. Case initiated 05-292.
  1054 Theft: Report of a bike theft from the McCollum Science Hall bike rack. Case initiated 05-293.
  1105 Accident: Vehicle accident reported in the Redeker Dock area. University report initiated on this incident.
6 1004 Criminal Mischief: Victim reports her car tire was slashed while parked in the Hillside Courts overflow lot. Case initiated 05-294.
  1128 Medical Assist: Request from the Student Health Center of ambulance to transport unconscious patient. Sartori Ambulance dispatched and transported. No other action required.
  1802 Theft: Victim reported the theft of keys from Latham Hall. Case initiated 05-295.
  2138 Disturbance: Officers responded to a request for assistance with a student threatening others in Bender hall. Contact was made with the reporting party and Brock Jones, age 18, 624 Bender Hall. Jones was arrested for public intoxication and transported to DPS. Case initiated 05-296.
7 0203 Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance call in Dancer Hall, 5th floor. Contact made with the individuals and alcohol referrals made. No further action required.
  0234 Assist Other Agency: Assisted CF Fire in a fire call at 22nd and Merner Streets. Fire started in a dumpster and extinguished by CF Fire. Assistance rendered.
  1108 Criminal Mischief: Student reported damage to a vehicle while parked in the North Dome lot. Case initiated 05-297.
  1206 Accident: Property damage accident reported in the Towers CP lot. Accident report initiated.
8 0141 Liquor Law Violation: Officers responded to a complaint of a minor consuming alcohol in Dancer Hall, 5th Floor. Matthew J. Winfield, age 20, was cited for public Intoxication. Case initiated 05-298.
  2205 Accident: Reported Hit and Run accident in the North Dome lot. Information recorded for accident report. Case remains under investigation.
  0139 Assist Other Agency: Assisted with CF Police on the service of a warrant. Assistance rendered.
9 0155 Liquor Law Violation: Officers stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Seerley and College. Clinton L. Murty, age 23, was arrested for OWI, first offense and transported to Black Hawk County Jail. Case initiated 05-299.
  0954 Theft: Report of a bike theft in the Jennings apartment area. Case initiated 05-300.

1012 Lea Short reported the theft of a bicycle from Hageman. Case initiated 05-303.
  1150 David Mahi reported the theft of a bicycle from Hageman.  Case initiated 05-303.
12 0432 Officers located 2 subjects entering vehicles in the north Dome lot. Anthony Armstrong was charged with public intoxication and burglary and Christopher Wright was charged with attempted burglary. Case initiated 05-305.
  1412 Beth Thompson reported that someone keyed her vehicle while it was parked at Shull. Case initiated 05-306.
  1606 Melissa Heffernan reported that a jacket was stolen out of the laundry room at Campbell . Case initiated 05-307.
  1630 Officers assisted CFPD with a warrant arrest on G St . Zachary Hendrickson was located and taken to the Black Hawk County jail. Case initiated 05-308.
    Disposition. Keegan W Waggett was fined $100.00 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Case 05-283..
13 0053 Officers received a report that a person might have fallen from a 3 rd story apartment off campus on 27 th Street . After checking the area Kirk Jaminet was located and stated he did not fall but slid down a pole. He was arrested for public intoxication. As a precaution paramedics checked him. Case initiated 05-309.
  0102 Chad Vandenhull was charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts after he ran from student patrol at 27 th and Minnesota . Case initiated 05-310.
  0157 A vehicle belonging to John Forsythe was damaged while parked in the Jennings Dr overflow lot. Case initiated 05-310.
    Disposition. Heather M Henrich was fined $100.00 for Public Intoxication. Case 05-273
14 0157 Officers discovered a vehicle with a broken window in the Jennings Drive overflow. Case initiated 05-311.
  2043 Subject reported her purse and contents stolen from the bridge lounge. Purse later recovered, nothing missing. Case 05-312.
  2044 Officers located Andrew J Archer near the Campanile while investigating a report of an intoxicated subject. Arrest made case 05-313.
  2343 Officers stopped a vehicle reported as stolen at 27 th St and Hudson Road. Jamial Frye was charged with operation without owner’s consent. Case 05-314.
    Disposition. Chad M Vandenhull was fined $250.00 for Interference with Official Acts and $50.00 for Public Intoxication. Case 05-310.
15 0117 Officers located Andrew W Thomas near Maucker while investigating a report of an intoxicated subject. Arrest made case 05-316.
  0145 Officers responded to an activation of a blue light phone near the Greenhouse. Curtis D Taylor was arrested for false report and possession of alcohol underage. Case 05-317.
  0256 Officers responded to ROTH on a complaint of unwanted subjects in a room. Alan W Fligg, Dustin W Rook, and Curtis D Taylor were charged with 3rd degree burglary. Case initiated 05-318.
  0314 Officers assisted a subject in Dancer with a self-committal. Case initiated 05-319.
  1305 A female in Dancer reported possible theft and forgery. Investigation continues case 05-321.
  2212 Officer responded to a complaint of a subject passed out in the 12th floor Bender lounge. Ryan Freeman was arrested for public intoxication. Case 05-322.
  2332 Officers and Cedar Falls Fire responded to a series of fires on campus at Lang, Baker, and Gilchrist Halls and a porta-potty in the south art lot. DCI and the State Fire Marshall's office assisted in the investigation. Pending investigation case 05-323.
16 0535 Officers located Ashley Orris near 27 th and Minnesota in an intoxicated state. Subject was charged with public intoxication, interference and harassment of a public official. Case initiated 05-324.
  0443 Officers received a complaint of a possible suicidal subject on F St . Officers assisted one female with a committal. Case initiated 05-325.
17 0913 Gabrille Kuenzli called in a stolen bike from Price Lab. Case initiated 05-326.
18 0352 Scott Hazen was charged with trespass after entering another subjects room in Bender Hall. Case initiated 05-327.
  0629 Officers and Cedar Falls Fire responded to a structure fire in the 100 block of F St . Incident under investigation, case initiated 05-328.
    10-18-05 Disposition. Jamial L Frye had charges of Operation without Owners Consent dismissed. Case 05-314.
21 2158 Officers located 2 subjects inside of the construction zone near the Dome. Andrew Bach and Mark Kinney were charged with trespass. Case initiated 05-329.
22 0226 Officers were involved in a small foot chase near Lang Hall. Lucas Shaw was located and charged with public intoxication and interference. Case initiated 05-330.
  0855 Officers responded to a personal injury accident at 27 th and Nebraska . One subject was transported from the scene via ambulance. Report pending 05-331.
23 1755 Beth Thompson reported that her vehicle was keyed while parked near Shull Hall. Case initiated 05-332.
  2102 Thomas Robertson reported that his bicycle had been stolen from the WRC. Case initiated 05-333.
25 1329 Officers responded to a report that Andrew Hill had violated a no contact order in the 200 block of E St. Hill was arrested and transported to the Black Hawk County Jail. Case initiated 05-334.
27 1227 Jessica Uhl reported her bicycle was stolen from Hagemann Hall. Case initiated 05-335.
  2248 Ryan Takatsuka reported that his vehicle was damaged while it was parked in the 400 block of G St. Case initiated 05-336.
  2307 Subjects reported that a subject walking over the footbridge near Price Lab may have been smoking marijuana. Upon arrival officers located Jacob D Langhoff and charged him with Public Intoxication. Arrest made case 05-337.
28 0227 Officer discovered a vehicle belonging to Louis Starks had been damaged while parked in the Towers lot. Case initiated 05-338.
30 0058 Officers performed field sobriety tests on a subject during a traffic stop in the 2600 block of College. Officers charged Jordan A Fuehrer with OWI. Case initiated 05-339.
31 1000 Officers received a report of possible animal cruelty. Case initiated 05-340.
  1545 A subject reported the theft of a JDCCU credit card gold card while at a residence on G St. Information also turned over to Cedar Falls Police. Case initiated 05.341.
  1635 Angela Langston reported the theft of a bicycle from Bartlett Hall. Case initiated 05-342.
    Disposition. Scott P Hazen was fined $50.00 for Public Intoxication and $50.00 for Trespass. Case 05-327.
