Panther First Award


All UNI employees are eligible to receive the Panther First Award. The Panther First Award identifies and rewards employees who have provided excellent customer service to customers, co-workers, or other members of the UNI community. The award is granted anytime an individual or group of individuals are nominated for the recognition.

Any UNI student, faculty, or staff can nominate an employee for a Panther First award by completing a brief nomination form and submitting it to Human Resources Training and Development. Forms can be printed and submitted or submitted online.

Training and Development will send a Certificate of Recognition for the recognized employee. The employee's supervisor and department head will be sent letters identifying their employee's contribution and award.
