TICKETING POLICIES

Payment Info

  1. UNItix accepts cash, checks, & credit cards(MasterCard, Visa, Am. Express, and Discover)
  2. Only credit cards will be accepted over the phone or on-line.
  3. Checks are to be made payable to: UNItix. Checks will be accepted no later 5 business days from the date of an event.
  4. All information on this site is subject to change without prior notice.

Change of Address Policy

If an address needs to be changed, please contact the Ticket Office at 319-273-4TIX or mail in your address change to: UNItix, McLeod North Ticket Office, Cedar Falls, IA 50614-0313. The Ticket Office asks that customers keep an updated address and phone numbers so we can always keep our customer service to the highest level.

Mailing of Tickets

Season Tickets will be mailed approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the start of each sport's season. Single event tickets will be mailed no later than 5 to 7 days after order is filled. Tickets will not be mailed if there is less than 5 business days before the event, these tickets will be placed in Will Call. All patrons picking up tickets at Will Call must present a photo ID to pick up tickets.

Admission Policy

For all UNI Athletic events, children three (3) years of age and older are required to have a ticket. Children under the age of three (3) years may sit in a ticketed guest's lap with the understanding they will be held throughout the entire event.

Policies may vary for concerts and special events. Please contact UNItix for information pertaining to specific events at 319-273-4849. Generally for concerts and special events, children two (2) years of age and older are required to have a ticket for entry.

Will Call (Advance)

Daily pickup is located at the McLeod North Plaza Ticket Office or at the Gallagher-Bluedorn PAC Ticket Office during normal business hours.

Will Call (Day of Event)

Event day Will Call depends on the event purchased and can be picked up at the event.

Seating Allocations

Departmental administration of each event reserves the right to move seat locations slightly in order to not leave single seats open. Single event tickets ordered may not be adjacent to season/subscription seats.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available at all ticketed venues. Individuals who purchase one accessible seat can purchase no more than one companion seat, if available. For temporary disabilities, individuals may exchange one ticket for an accessible seat and one for a companion, if available. Individuals who received a ticket from a source other than the UNItix Ticket Office and need an accessible seat should contact the ticket office in advance of the event. Accessible seating is not guaranteed to be available on the day of the event.

Refunds or Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges will not be made unless an order can not be filled. Refunds or exchanges will not be made due to a game time or date change. All sales are final.

Invalid Tickets

Tickets not purchased directly from UNItix are not guaranteed to be valid. Persons admitted with invalid tickets may be removed from the arena.

Lost/Stolen Ticket Policy

As a service to season/subscription ticket holders, duplication vouchers for tickets can be obtained through the UNItix Ticket Office starting the Monday prior to the day of the event. On the day of the event, starting 2 hours before event time, a season/subscription ticket holder who has misplaced their ticket, may go to the Will Call window at the venue of the event and a duplication voucher will be provided after verification of the season/subscription tickets. For all individual event ticket holders who have lost, stolen or destroyed tickets, duplications will be issued after verification of the purchaser of the tickets. A $5.00 non-refundable fee per ticket will apply and must be paid at the time the duplicates are issued.

Right to Change or Cancel

Departmental administration of each event reserves the right to cancel all or any part of an order and refund accordingly. Cashing checks and processing orders is not necessarily a guarantee that orders will be filled.

Departmental administration of each event also reserves the right to reassign tickets without prior notice. Tickets for which payment has not been received by the date specified on renewal invoices are subject to cancellation.

Event Security:

For the safety and security of all patrons at each of the ticketed venues, certain items are prohibited, including, but not limited to, any food or beverage items, cans, bottles, coolers, thermoses, backpacks, large bags(gym, duffel, and tote), luggage, strollers, laser pointers, banners, flags, signs, noisemakers, weapons, balloons, beach balls, video cameras, and any item deemed hazardous by event management personnel. Gate personnel are instructed to enforce this rule in the interest in public safety.

All patrons entering an event are subject to search. Storage facilities are not available for checking prohibited items.

Cameras/Video Equipment

Fans are welcome to bring personal cameras into UNI Athletic events, however, video cameras are not allowed. Flash photography, monopods and tripods are not permitted in the seating bowl. Generally, cameras and audio recording devices are not permitted at concerts and other events. Post-Season Tickets

Priority will be given to season ticket holders who are members of the Panther Scholarship Club first. Season ticket holders will have first opportunity to purchase their same seats for any home postseason events. Availability and allocation will be based on priority points. Complimentary admissions are not valid for postseason games. In order to best accommodate our fans, we may also limit the number of tickets an individual may purchase.

Away Ticket Policy

UNItix will sell tickets to selected road contests. On such occasions, UNI Athletics reserves the right to make tickets available to season ticket holders who are members of the Panther Scholarship Club before making them available to the general public. Availability and allocation will be based on priority points. In order to best accommodate our fans, we may also limit the number of tickets an individual may purchase.
